BANURU Resort & Residences is designed by Trunz Wirth Architektur. The complete preliminary design — masterplan, all eight residence typologies, level-by-level plans — exists on paper and is shown throughout this site.
The project is at preliminary design stage; engineering studies are under way. We would rather show you drawings that are real than promises that are not.
How an acquisition proceeds

Dossier & visit
You receive the full dossier — plans, surfaces, pricing — and, if you wish, a visit to the site at Michamwi.

Reservation
A reservation agreement secures your chosen residence while the legal review runs.

Contract
The purchase contract is signed, with independent legal counsel at your side.
Questions
What do the residences cost?
Prices are given on request, per residence, through the contact form or by email. There is no public price list.
Can foreign buyers acquire property?
Tanzania provides routes for foreign ownership of resort property. We recommend independent legal advice in every case; nothing on this site is a legal opinion.
When will it be built?
The project is in its design phase. Delivery will be phased; dates will be announced as engineering and permitting advance.
Can my residence be rented out?
Resort management with owner rental is envisaged. Details — terms, operator, conditions — on request.
